Paver Sealing Tech

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paver Sealing Tech to join our team. This role involves working on various paving projects, ensuring the proper sealing and finishing of surfaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pressure cleaning as a baseline, with hands-on experience in applying sealer to pavers. This position requires a commitment to quality and safety while delivering exceptional results on commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare driveways, pool decks, patios, and walkways for sealing by pressure washing and surface cleaning.
• Mix, apply, and evenly distribute, paver sealer products using sprayers, rollers or pumps according to company standards.
• Inspect job site for proper drainage, surface condition, and joint integrity before sealing.
• Apply Silica sand and perform joint stabilization as needed before sealing.
• Ensure all edges, landscaping, and walls are properly masked and protected during the sealing process.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, job completion times, and client feedback,
• Operator company vehicles, pressure washers, surface cleaners, and sealing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily end of day equipment checks, cleaning and refueling.

Requirements

• Valid Florida drivers license with reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in pressure cleaning or paver sealing required!
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in heat and humidity.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks associated with construction work.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
• Dependable, on-time, and professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• Pressure Cleaning: 2 years (Required)
• Paver Sealing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Florida Drivers license (Required)
