Paving Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This role is essential to our operations, providing support in various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our projects. Duties

• Assist with paving operations
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas, paver, and other equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed under supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
