Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to assist with daily operations to support team members as needed. The ideal candidate is punctual, safety-minded, able to follow instructions, and comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift

Responsibilities

· Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment as needed both at the shop and in the field

· Keep work areas clean, safe, and free of debris

· Assist supervisors, equipment operators, and skilled workers with daily tasks

· Use basic hand tools and equipment safely, as directed

· Cleaning, landscaping, and organizing around the shop area

· Help perform maintenance on equipment

· Follow company safety procedures and wear required protective gear

· Complete assigned tasks efficiently

Requirements

· Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work

· Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, climb, dig, shovel and perform physical tasks for extended periods

· Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (including extreme cold and heat)

· Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

· Previous labor, construction, landscaping, or maintenance experience is helpful

· Pass a background check and drug screening

· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required

· CDL and/or experience operating equipment is a plus

· Able to work emergency call-in work occasionally

· Willing to travel out of town occasionally (per diem and motel provided)

· Must have reliable communication to receive the work schedule daily

Schedule and Pay

Schedule: Monday – Friday with Occasional Weekends
Pay: Depending on Experience

Location: Varies Daily- Meet at Shop
