Blue Rock Landscaping is a small business in Prince William County, VA. Our goal is to help customers increase the value and beauty of their homes by creating elegant outdoor living spaces. We also work with management companies and businesses on commercial layouts and maintenance. Our team produces custom designs by combining flowers and plants, hardscaping, outdoor lighting and all other landscaping. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the end result. Projects change daily so this is a fast-paced and variety filled job.

Blue Rock Landscaping is a small landscaping business located in Manassas, VA. We are looking for a Laborer to join our team.

Duties Include:

• Performing general labor duties, including light power equipment operation, and other general labor tasks
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform tasks within the general scope of employment
• Conduct mowing, weeding, trimmming with company equipment
• Install mulch, flowers, stone and other landscape items per work order
• Work with team to complete hardscape projects - outdoor lighting, sprinkler systems, retaining walls, concrete and other
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures as required by the job and company policies

Skills:

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to read work order and drawings
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to get to job location or to BlueRock office
• Bonus if you have a valid drivers license, but not required if you have transportation

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
