Production/General laborer

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our turf installation team. This role includes driving company trucks and trailers, assisting with turf installation, and performing physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, and works well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company trucks and trailers to job sites
• Assist with turf installation, including digging, pushing wheelbarrows, lifting, laying out and securing turf, driving nails, and sweeping
• Lift and carry up to 100 pounds consistently
• Bend, kneel, and work on hands and knees for extended periods
• Maintain clean and organized work habits
• Be respectful and professional with customers at job sites

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and trailers
• Acceptable driving record
• Physically capable of handling demanding labor in all weather conditions
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot or cold temperatures, including direct sun exposure
• Punctual and dependable
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and meeting company driving and insurance requirements
• Due to the nature of this position, which includes driving company vehicles and working on customer properties, certain criminal convictions or driving-related offenses may affect eligibility for employment

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

• Previous construction experience
• Experience with carpet or synthetic turf installation
• Experience in concrete work, concrete finishing, and framing

Work Schedule

• 8–10 hour shifts
• Monday to Friday (overtime and weekends as needed)
