About the location: Soon to be one of the region's foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh.

About The Role As a Paymaster Clerk, you will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for all employees, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Four Seasons standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and related transactions.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support with end-of-service calculations and government reporting.
• Address employee payroll queries professionally and confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Four Seasons policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ year experience in payroll or accounting, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with Saudi labor law is an advantage.
