Job Description

1) Process Optimization & Experience Enhancement: Establish a settlement data monitoring and insight mechanism to proactively identify process bottlenecks, exception risks, and core pain points of 3PL partners, and drive solutions. Lead root cause analysis of settlement disputes and complaints, optimize handling mechanisms, and close the loop on issues, fundamentally improving the settlement experience and satisfaction of 3PL partners.

2) Training Enablement & Knowledge Management: Develop a comprehensive settlement training system for all relevant personnel, creating a series of training materials, guidance manuals, and visual aids for both internal operations teams and 3PL partners.

3) Partner Settlement Support: Review settlement-related documents during 3PL partners onboarding, calculate the 3PL bills, track settlement progress, and proactively resolve issues.

Job Requirement

1) Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in internet platform operations. Must have 3+ years of experience in settlement, revenue management, or franchisee operations at a platform-based company.

2) Expertise in Settlement Logic: Proficient in complex settlement rules and assessment logic, with strong process design and optimization skills. Ability to independently deliver high-quality SOPs.

3) Analytical Skills: Solid data analysis capabilities, proficient in SQL/MS office, and skilled at leveraging data to identify and solve problems.

4) Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and training/presentation skills. Strong sense of responsibility and customer-centric mindset.

5) Language Proficiency: Arabic preferred, with proficiency in English.
