Virtelligence is a fast-growing US healthcare outsourcing company providing complete Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. We are hiring a detail-oriented Payment Posting Specialist to join our RCM team.

Position Overview

The Payment Posting Specialist will be responsible for accurately posting insurance and patient payments, reconciling claims, and identifying discrepancies to ensure accurate revenue tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Post insurance and patient payments in PMS/EHR systems
• Reconcile posted payments against submitted claims
• Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Identify underpayments, contractual adjustments, and deductibles
• Communicate payment discrepancies to the AR team
• Maintain accuracy and daily productivity targets

Requirements

✔ 1–3 years of payment posting experience (US market preferred)
✔ Strong accuracy and speed in data entry
✔ Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
✔ Basic medical billing knowledge
✔ Experience with PMS/EHR systems
✔ Willingness to work in Night Shift (US time zone)
