Job Description:

TCS Saudi is looking for a motivated Payroll Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to manage end-to-end payroll operations using SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The ideal candidate will support accurate payroll execution, data validations, system updates, and integration activities between SAP ECP and SuccessFactors EC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing in SAP ECP for assigned regions/entities.
• Validate and reconcile payroll inputs including employee master data, time, leave, and benefits integration from SAP SuccessFactors EC.
• Perform payroll audits and reconciliations, including bank files, GL postings, and tax-related reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth data flow and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Maintain and update payroll configuration, wage types, and related settings in SAP ECP as required.
• Handle employee payroll queries and support month-end and year-end payroll activities (tax filings, form generation, etc.).
• Support system upgrades, testing, and validation for SAP ECP and EC integrations.
• Ensure strict data confidentiality, security, and compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in Payroll Processing, preferably using SAP ECP / SAP HR / SuccessFactors.
• Basic understanding of payroll concepts, statutory compliance, and payroll controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the Saudi payroll environment is an advantage.
