At bunq, we’re redefining the way people take control of their money. As a Payments Experience Owner, you will ensure our users can manage their finances smoothly, securely, and with confidence. You act as their advocate, making sure every payment journey is seamless and effective

Take Ownership:

• Be in charge of making our payment systems better and faster. You will create and improve the rules and processes for everything from card payments to bank transfers.
• Find and fix problems in our payment process before they even affect our users. The goal is to make everything easy and seamless.
• Keep an eye on how our payment systems are doing. By looking at the data, you’ll find ways to make our users' experience even better.
• Team up with our product, engineering, and support teams to make sure we're all working together to give our users the best payment experience.
• Build and use dashboards to see how well we’re doing and share what you learn with the rest of the team.

• You know a lot about how payments work, like SEPA, SWIFT, and chargeback disputes.
• You're good with data tools like Looker and Google Sheets and can use them to find ways to improve.
• You always look for ways to make things better, especially by using automation and AI.
• You speak English fluently and can work well with a global team.
