Payroll & Admin Officer

We are looking for a Payroll & Admin Officer to join our team

Place : Dajeej, Farwaniya

Timings : 9am to 5pm (Sunday to Thursday)

Key responsibilities:

Function as the first point of contact for all payroll and HR admin issues for IW Group.

Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Responsible for overtime, leave management, end of term settlements, social security, employee attendance, disciplinary actions and investigations.

Facilitate on-time residency renewals, company license renewals, travel visas, ticketing, travel arrangements as per business needs.

Assist in resource mobilization.

Work closely with company representatives to meet and comply with all legal requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Diploma in HR/Commerce/Business Administration

4-6 years’ experience in payroll & government relation tasks

Bilingual fluency (Both Arabic & English) is mandatory

Excellent communication skills

Available for immediate start

Problem solving skills

Flexible and adaptable

Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD600.000 per month
