We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be efficient, proactive, and capable of independently managing end-to-end payroll operations for a large workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and in-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

· Accurately process monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees, including salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, new hires, and final settlements.

· Ensure timely and accurate employee payments in compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Data Management:

· Collect, verify, and update payroll data such as timesheets, attendance, leave records, deductions, and bank details.

· Maintain and update employee records using HRMS software (e.g., Olive).

Compliance:

· Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, including WPS, end-of-service gratuity, statutory deductions, and benefits.

· Stay updated on payroll-related legal and regulatory changes.

Reporting & Reconciliation:

· Prepare payslips, payroll summaries, reconciliation statements, and management reports.

· Coordinate with Finance for payroll accounting and reconciliations.

Employee Support & Coordination:

· Act as the primary contact for employee payroll queries and resolve issues efficiently.

· Liaise closely with HR, Finance, and Employees regarding payroll-related matters.

Record Keeping & Audits:

· Maintain secure, accurate, and confidential payroll and employee records.

· Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll documentation.

Additional HR Support:

Handle HR administration duties along with payroll management, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and exit formalities, managing HR documentation, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations.

· Hands-on experience in recruitment through free job portals in the UAE.

· Assist with basic HR operations as required.

· Carry out all other works assigned by the HR Manager

Key Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of payroll administration experience in the UAE (mandatory)

· Ability to prepare payroll data independently and accurately

· Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

· Good typing speed with high accuracy

· Proficient in HRMS / payroll software (Olive preferred)

· Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and payroll best practices

· Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)

· Experience in a manufacturing company preferred (consultancy experience is less preferred)

· Ability to handle heavy workloads, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.

AED 5,000 – 7,000 + Transportation + Employment Visa + Medical Insurance + Lunch
Weekly Off: 2 days (Saturday & Sunday)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
