Payroll Analyst

We are looking for a talented Payroll Analyst/Client Relation Executive. Could be Fresher or a strong background in Sales or other related field. This role involves one-on-one communication with clients, acting as a bridge between the client and the company’s services, helping clients understand, adopt, and maximize the value of company’s payroll software.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with new or existing clients to understand their payroll processing needs.

• Clearly explain the features, benefits of the payroll software.
• Deliver product demos, and Q&A sessions as per the client’s requirements.

· Maintain records of client communications, solution notes, and feedback

• Assist in onboarding and early-stage implementation of the payroll software.

Skills:

· Good communication & presentation skills.

· Proficient in Hindi/English language.

· Higher Secondary or Bachelor's degree in any field.
