Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and convert high-quality leads from calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
  • Understand client needs and recommend the best property options.
  • Conduct site visits and explain project features, amenities, and pricing in detail.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Guide and support junior sales team members in client handling and closing deals.
  • Ensure accurate lead updates and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and client interactions to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing to strengthen sales strategy.
  • Share feedback with the marketing and leadership team to improve campaigns and client experience.
