  • Be a trusted resource for employees navigating pay, benefits, and life events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Stay current on compliance, regulations, and best practices in payroll and benefits.
  • Champion equity and care in every interaction.

Your Experience Includes:

  • 2–5 years' related experience, preferably inclusive of payroll and/or benefits administration
  • Associate's degree or equivalent with strong record keeping and accounting skills.
  • Strong technical skills in multiple tools such as:
    • Prior UKG or other HRIS/Payroll software preferred.

  • High level of confidentiality and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid math skills, including calculations with decimals, percentages and fractions.
  • Working knowledge of employment law, payroll and benefits administration preferred

Expected Starting Salary Range:

$22.20 - $29.14 per hour based on experience beyond what is required of the role and geographic location.

Benefits

  • 401k AND employer-funded defined contribution pension plan
  • Generous time off, paid holidays, and paid time for your birthday, inclusion time to celebrate cultural and religious holidays that matter most to you, and volunteer time to stay rooted in the work outside of work that refills your well
  • TRUE Cares Paid Family Leave which provides qualifying employees with up to 200 hours of paid time for birth, bonding, adoption, foster care placement, and end-of-life care for qualifying family members
