Munie Greencare Professionals is seeking a Payroll Clerk who thrives in a weekly payroll environment and brings hands-on experience with UKG.

This role reports to Controller and is responsible for processing payroll accurately and consistently within a structured system. Weekly deadlines are firm, and attention to detail is critical.

This is an on-site position due to system access and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

• Process accurate weekly payroll
• Review timekeeping and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission
• Administer employee deductions, garnishments, and adjustments
• Maintain organized, consistent payroll documentation

System Coordination

• Serve as primary payroll operator
• Work within Aspire to ensure accurate labor data flow
• Assist with payroll-related reporting and reconciliation

Onboarding Support

• Set up new hires in payroll system accurately and on time
• Conduct payroll onboarding
• Ensure proper system access and payroll readiness

Compliance & Documentation

• Follow payroll procedures
• Maintain documentation to support internal reviews and audits
• Communicate clearly with Controller regarding payroll questions

• Payroll runs accurately and on time every week
• Payroll system is used efficiently and correctly
• Timekeeping errors are identified early
• Documentation is organized and consistent
• New hires are set up without payroll delays

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of payroll processing experience
• Experience with weekly payroll preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines
• Comfort working within established systems and structured processes
• Ability to learn integration points between UKG and Aspire

Compensation

Salary up to $50-58,000 annually, depending on experience.
