Payroll, Compensation, & Benefits Specialist

Role Description:

  • Process and administer monthly payroll for employees.
  • Review attendance, timekeeping, and leave records to ensure accuracy before payroll processing.
  • Calculate allowances, deductions, overtime payments, and bonuses.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable government payroll regulations.
  • Prepare and upload payroll bank transfer file
  • Process end-of-service benefits and final settlement for employees.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
