Payroll Specialist

job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Specialist to manage and process monthly payroll operations accurately and on time. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements while maintaining the confidentiality of employee payroll information.


Key Responsibilities


Process and administer monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within established deadlines.


Review and validate attendance records, leaves, absences, overtime, and other payroll-related inputs.


Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and other compensation elements in accordance with company policies.


Maintain and update employee payroll and personal data within HR and payroll systems.

Prepare payroll reports, salary reconciliations, and periodic payroll cost analyses.


Coordinate salary payments and bank transfers with Finance and relevant stakeholders.


Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, and benefits-related matters.


Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.


Prepare final settlements, end-of-service benefits, and employee exit payments.


Support payroll audits and maintain accurate payroll documentation and records.


Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and enhance operational efficiency.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.


Professional certifications in Payroll, Human Resources, or Compensation & Benefits are preferred.

Experience


Minimum 2–4 years of experience in payroll administration, compensation and benefits, or a related HR function.


Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and attendance management systems.


Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.


Experience in preparing final settlements and end-of-service benefits is preferred
