Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive with a background in Facilities Management or Construction and strong accounts/payroll knowledge. The role is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with UAE labor laws, and coordination with HR, Finance, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for staff (site & office employees) accurately and on time.
- Handle WPS salary processing and bank file uploads.
- Maintain payroll records including attendance, overtime, LOP, leaves, and allowances.
- Coordinate with site supervisors for timesheets and attendance validation.
- Calculate end-of-service benefits, gratuity, leave salary, deductions, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Handle salary advances, loans, and recoveries.
- Coordinate with HR for new joiners, resignations, terminations, and absconding cases.
- Maintain employee payroll data in ERP / payroll software.
- Prepare payroll-related reports, reconciliations, and MIS for management.
- Support Finance team with payroll accounting entries and cost allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of payroll experience in FM or Construction industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, gratuity, and EOS calculations.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems / ERP and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle large workforce payroll (multi-site employees).
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and time management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in FM manpower payroll (technicians, cleaners, operators).
- Knowledge of cost center-wise payroll allocation.
- Accounting knowledge for salary posting and reconciliation.
