Job Description

We are hiring a Payroll Executive with strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
• Calculate salaries, deductions, and benefits in line with company policy and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, and timesheet records.
• Respond to employee queries related to payroll.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, tax filings, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and labor regulations.
• Support in payroll system upgrades or implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA Inter qualified
• 4 to 8 years of experience in payroll processing
• Good knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
• Experience with payroll software (Tally, SAP, GreytHR, etc.) preferred
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
