Experience Required: 2–5 years (Manual Payroll / HRMS-based Payroll Expert)

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management (Manual or HRMS-Based)

Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.

Validate attendance, leaves, overtime, late marks, and shift data.

Manage new joiner inputs, salary revisions, arrears, and exit settlements.

Handle statutory compliance inputs (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS) and coordination with finance.

Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain payroll-related MIS and data records.

2. Reimbursements & Advances Management

Process monthly travel reimbursements as per company policy.

Verify bills, supporting documents, and eligibility before approval.

Track, adjust, and reconcile employee advances.

Maintain reimbursement logs and ensure timely payouts.

3. HR Operations – Onboarding to Offboarding

Manage complete onboarding process: documentation, induction, HRMS activation, ID creation, etc.

Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documents.

Coordinate exit formalities: clearance, FnF coordination, asset return, and experience letters.

4. Asset & Inventory Management

Manage issuance, tracking, and return of office assets (laptops, ID cards, SIMs, access cards, etc.).

Maintain inventory records and coordinate with IT/Admin for new requirements.

5. Documentation & Records Management

Maintain updated employee master data, personal files, and compliance-related documents.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.

Manage HRMS data updates including promotions, transfers, and separations.

Support audits by preparing necessary reports and documents.

6. HR Administration & Support

Assist staff with payroll, reimbursement, and HR-related queries.

Prepare routine HR reports and MIS dashboards.

Support HR team in events, engagement activities, and compliance processes.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong knowledge of payroll processes (manual or HRMS-based).

Good understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).

Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).

High level of accuracy and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
