Purpose of Position
To manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate, timely salary payments, tax compliance, and regulatory adherence while leading a payroll team.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
Major Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Review payroll data including salaries, overtime, deductions, and leaves.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and GOSI regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance for employee data updates.
- Handle payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries.
- Assist in end-of-service benefits and final settlements.
- Ensure timely GOSI submission and compliance.
- Maintain payroll records with high confidentiality.
- Support payroll audits and documentation.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field

5-10 years of relevant experience
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compensation structures.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor law and GOSI regulations.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
- Understanding of end-of-service benefits and statutory calculations.
