Payroll Manager (virtual)

Our nonprofit organization is seeking a highly dependable and detail oriented professional to manage payroll and financial administrative systems. This is a virtual role for someone who is extremely organized, comfortable working with financial software, and able to maintain accurate records and reporting.

The person in this role will be responsible for managing time-sheets, entering employee hours, supporting payroll processing, maintaining financial spreadsheets, and helping ensure accurate documentation for contracts and financial reporting.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and can keep systems organized while meeting deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities
Manage and enter employee time-sheets
Process payroll using ADP, QuickBooks Intuit Payroll
Maintain payroll records and financial spreadsheets
Assist with contract documentation and financial organization
Support payroll reconciliation and reporting
Ensure accuracy and organization of financial records
Communicate with leadership regarding payroll and documentation needs

Qualifications
Experience with ADP payroll systems
Experience with QuickBooks and Intuit Payroll
Strong accounting or bookkeeping background. CPA or accounting experience preferred
Excellent spreadsheet and data organization skills
Experience supporting contracts or financial documentation
Highly reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
Experience working with nonprofit organizations is a plus

Must be extremely organized, dependable, and detail oriented
Must be able to work within the established compensation rate for this position
