Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Epromis).
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll for all employees.
  • Collect, review, and verify timesheets, attendance records, and overtime claims.
  • Calculate salaries, wages, deductions, bonuses, allowances, and final settlements.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records (bank details, salary changes, benefits, leave balances).
  • Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, leaves, and contract changes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing payroll data when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard all payroll-related information.
