Payroll Officer

Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is looking for Payroll Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Process end to end payroll operations timely and accurately.
• Maintain accurate employee records, shifts, leaves, loan and advances.
• Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Assist in payroll-related projects and process improvements.
• Responding to staff questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
• Process monthly EOBI & SESSI contributions on portals.
• Process final settlements timely and accurately.

Education:
Graduate/Masters in HRM/Finance

Experience:
2-3 years’ experience in Comp & Ben Administration.
