Payroll Officer

Location

Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose

Payroll entries, Overtime Calculations & entries, Preparation of various payment memos & invoices, Assisting in staff Murabahas & covered cards processing/reports, JVs/GLs preparation & entries/reports. Assisting Payroll Supervisor in other activities as and when required.

Key Accountabilities of the role
  1. Enter payroll transactions.
  2. Calculate & enter overtime transactions.
  3. Prepare various payment memos/invoices (ADIB Group).
  4. Prepare/update staff Murabaha and Covered card reports and processing staff Murabahas and covered cards.
  5. Prepare advance leave salary and prepare/update advance reports.
  6. Assist in preparation of JVs/GLs reports/entries.
  7. Assist Payroll Manager/Supervisor in other tasks as and when required.
  8. Prepare Housing & General Advances
  9. RCSA
  10. Prepare various deductions
  11. Prepare International payments & staff finance
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role
  • 1. Bachelor Degree (preferably with Accounting knowledge)
  • 2. Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • 3. Good Computer System Skills
  • 4. Good Command of English, Arabic an advantage.
