Job description:

We are a French company based in Dubai looking to immediately hire an HR / PAYROLL OFFICER.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations and payroll functions efficiently, with demonstrated experience supporting a workforce of over 130 employees.
  • Administer end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and overall employee lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, administration, and project teams to ensure accurate payroll inputs and smooth HR operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements across all HR and payroll activities.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely and professional manner

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and payroll within a large UAE onshore company (construction experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, WPS, and UAE labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll software.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and perform well under pressure
