Job Accountabilities
- Carries and handles efficiently the account opening process of the new payroll employees, through obtaining all required documents and sending them to the relevant supervisor for review.
- Promote and sell the bank’s assets products through direct and cross selling techniques to the new and existing payroll customers while maintaining a high quality service
- Work closely with the Payroll Relationship Manager in arranging pre-set appointments while conducting daily calls with existing and new payroll customers to achieve the requested targets by cross selling EGBanks products ‘’Credit Cards & Loans’’
- Attend regular meetings with Payroll Sales Supervisor to review the sales activities and ensure implementing the agreed sales plan
- Provides the Payroll Sales Supervisor with reports of visits on Sales achievements, issues and challenges, customers feedback and any suggestions in order to help the team in achieving their targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or its equivalence
- 0-3 years of experience in sales Field, preferred exposure in Sales

- Good command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)
- Good leadership, decision making and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
