I&K Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, HRIS management, and statutory compliance within a large-scale organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement
- Maintain and validate employee data in HRIS, including attendance, leave, benefits, promotions, and salary changes
- Calculate and process statutory and non-statutory deductions (taxes, loans, benefits, etc.) and ensure timely filings with authorities
- Handle incentives, bonuses, sales commissions, and full & final settlements
- Act as the primary payroll contact for audits, providing documentation and clarifications as required
- Ensure strict confidentiality and data integrity in all payroll-related matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B. Com, BBA, or BS (Finance/Accounting)
- Certification in Payroll Processing or HRIS (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll or HRIS functions
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Services industry preferred
- Previous role as Payroll Analyst, Senior Payroll Officer, or similar
