As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for Payroll Specialists for our Enterprise Payroll Specialist Team to assist our clients with there Payroll & Workers Compensation services. You will lead and manage client interactions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing. No payroll processing experience required but beneficial.

Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused leader to manage a book of clients and ensure the seamless execution of payroll services. As a Enterprise Payroll Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their payroll needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding exceptional verbal and written communication skills to address client concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving payroll-related concerns.
  • Train and support clients on payroll software, reporting tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer engagement.
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM & Payroll Applications.
  • The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in payroll processes and state regulations, with a strong preference for experience in New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ).

Requirements

  • Strong leadership & client management skills – ability to handle multiple accounts effectively.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills to simplify complex payroll topics for clients.
  • Exceptional computer skills.
  • Attention to detail & problem-solving skills to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Proficiency in payroll software & CRM tools (ADP, QuickBooks, Paychex, etc., a plus but not required).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Requirement.
  • Experience in payroll processing but not required.
