Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of payroll processes, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions

Maintain and update employee payroll data, including new hires, changes, and terminations

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations (e.g., GOSI, WPS)

Prepare and process final settlements, including end-of-service benefits and leave encashments

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to validate payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies

Generate payroll reports, summaries, and cost analyses for internal stakeholders

Manage payroll systems (e.g., SAP) and ensure data integrity

Handle employee inquiries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner

Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll documentation

Monitor payroll timelines and ensure timely salary disbursement
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field

1–4 years of experience in payroll processing

Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and labor laws in Saudi Arabia

Experience with payroll systems (SAP preferred)
