Our team is driven by a passion. In this role as a member of our CAAS group, you will be providing Accounting Manager-level accounting services, including month-end review and closing of financial records, processing payables and receivables, and various other accounting operations for assigned clients. for helping clients grow, streamline operations, and meet their goals through smarter, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• Payroll experience - Payroll process, Tax and Regulations
• Self-starter and willingness to learn
• Able to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational/time management skills

Requirements:

• Process payroll for a designated group of clients accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Handle payroll inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts
• Assist with payroll audits and any related documentation as needed
• Stay updated on payroll best practices and industry changes to ensure compliance

Pay range: $22.00-$26.00/hour
