Payroll Specialist - US HR (Night Shift)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing bi-monthly U.S. payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations. The position also involves coordinating closely with the U.S. HR team and the Pakistan HR department to address employee queries, concerns, and issues that may arise after payroll processing.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar HR role, preferably within a U.S.-based organization.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong knowledge of U.S. taxation regulations and labor laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical abilities and leadership qualities will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-monthly U.S. payroll accurately and efficiently.
  • Calculate commissions, incentives, and bonuses across various compensation plans.
  • Develop new pay plans and evaluate their financial impact.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll calculations, entitlements, and compensation.
  • Perform financial modeling and analysis for commission reports.
  • Align commission structures with operational and sales performance metrics.
  • Assist the payroll department with additional payroll-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar HR-related role.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws, taxation, and labor regulations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent analytical and research capabilities.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
