Payroll Supervisor

The payroll supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the payroll function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee compensation. This role plays a key part in optimizing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and supporting business operations through efficient payroll management.

Responsibilities

  • Execute accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for personnel documents to ensure legal compliance and audit readiness.
  • Administer HR systems for attendance, leave and employee record accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in payroll.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for payroll calculations.
  • Outsourcing Management: Experience managing the administration of outsourced staff is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to ensure 100% accuracy in payroll and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to provide clear information and interface effectively with stakeholders.
