Job Description

As Payroll Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day payroll operations across multiple entities. Reporting to the National Payroll Manager, you'll lead a team of Senior Payroll Officers and Payroll Officers, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery. You'll act as a key escalation point, drive process improvements, support system upgrades, and foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and mentor the payroll team to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure legislative compliance
• Manage reconciliations, reporting, and audit readiness
• Champion process improvement and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to support system enhancements
