To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Payroll, Time Management & Workforce Planning Specialist in our plant in Yazaki, Mudanya (YWTT).

What You'll Do

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Review and verify timesheets, attendance data, and leave records
• Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and labor regulations
• Maintain and update payroll and employee data in the system
• Prepare and distribute payslips and payroll reports
• Handle employee inquiries related to salary and deductions
• Monitor overtime, absences, and leave balances
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies
• Support payroll-related audits and contribute to process improvements
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll data

What will you bring with you?

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, HR, or related fields).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and/or time management
• Solid knowledge of labor law, tax, and social security legislation
• Proficiency in payroll software (HR WEB,Mikado) and MS Excel
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• High level of confidentiality and data protection awareness
• Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally
