We are looking for a "Marketing Manager" teammate to be assigned to the Marketing Directorate within Beyaz Kağıt ve Hygienic Cleaning Products Industry and Trade Inc., who will be able to lead the further strengthening of our culture focused on continuous development, and who meets the qualifications specified below.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (preferably Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc.),
• MBA & Master's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing,
• At least 10-15 years of full-time brand management and marketing experience in the FMCG sector,
• Team management experience in Marketing and Brand Management,
• Experienced in Launch and New Product Development Processes,
• Experienced in analyzing market and consumer research reports and drawing conclusions,
• Dynamic and good team player, • Strong presentation/communication/leadership skills,
• Strong analytical thinking skills and problem solving skills,
• Good command of English,
• Good use of MS Office applications,
• No travel problems,
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Lead the management of relevant categories and brands,
• Work on long-term strategies of brands and follow up marketing targets with his/her team,
• Develop correct competitive strategies by understanding the market well in line with consumer needs and offering appropriate solutions,
• Manage brand positioning, product launch, relaunch, communication campaign processes in domestic and international markets; ensure coordination with all relevant functions,
• Regularly monitor the market, categories and brands with their KPIs, suggest and implement relevant marketing actions,
• Represent the brand by traveling domestically and internationally, meeting with stakeholders when necessary,
• Guide his/her team, contribute to their development and manage their performance in line with annual targets,
• Actively participate in domestic and international fairs, seminars and sectoral events; will represent the brand,
• Will monitor and report marketing performance metrics (campaign results, return rates, etc.) and offer suggestions for areas of development,
• Will prepare market analyses, make suggestions for competition - performance and pricing strategies and regularly report these analyses to the manager,
• Will coordinate with R&D, Sales, Purchasing and Production departments in improving existing products and developing new products,
• Will conduct target audience analyses in line with marketing strategies and develop communication and positioning suggestions suitable for this audience,
• Will develop projects for new opportunities and business development and offer suggestions,
