Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our retail banking team in Tirupathi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through field sales, referrals, and branch walk-ins.

• Generate leads from the open market and follow up for conversions.

• Cross-sell and upsell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment products.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.

• Achieve individual and branch targets for product sales and customer acquisition.

• Perform regular follow-ups with clients for service and business development.

• Maintain updated knowledge of all bank products, services, policies, and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales.

• Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach

• Good knowledge of banking products and local market

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with prior experience in CASA Sales.

• Fluency in Telugu and English.
