QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in related fields,
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar position,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with hotel management systems,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Residing in Fethiye or willing to relocate,
• No military service obligation for male candidates,
• Good level of proficiency in using the Opera PMS application,
• Exceptional customer service orientation,
• Team collaboration and cross-department communication skills,
• Living or able to live in Fethiye.

• Manage all internal and external calls, ensuring smooth communication and timely assistanc,
• Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service aligned with Ahãma’s bohemian-luxury identity,
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, dining, wellness experiences, and local attractions,
• Handle guest requests with full ownership, ensuring quick follow-up, personalized solutions, and memorable service moments,
• Maintain accurate guest profiles in Opera PMS and support VIP, repeat, and special-occasion guests with elevated attention,
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless guest journey and consistent service quality,
• Uphold confidentiality, data accuracy, and high communication standards at all times.
