To direct and assist guest and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards
Essential Functions:

Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel.

Assist all guests and associates.

Place and follow up on Synergy orders
-
Process incoming and outgoing mail.

And any other pertinent task assigned by management
Tools and Equipment:
Telephone and keyboard, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, computer and printer
file folders, filing cabinet, facsimile machine
Working Environment: Interior of hotel, in normal office conditions.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a PBX Operator or similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills.
-
Must have strong computer skills required, specific experience with hospitality specific computer programs preferred
- Ability to sit for majority of 8-10 hour shift
