PBX, Resort Operator PT

To direct and assist guest and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards

Essential Functions:

  • Answer console.

  • Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel.

  • Assist all guests and associates.

  • Wake-up calls.

  • Place and follow up on Synergy orders

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.

  • And any other pertinent task assigned by management

Tools and Equipment:
Telephone and keyboard, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, computer and printer
file folders, filing cabinet, facsimile machine

Working Environment: Interior of hotel, in normal office conditions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a PBX Operator or similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong computer skills required, specific experience with hospitality specific computer programs preferred
  • Ability to sit for majority of 8-10 hour shift
