Job Summary
The P&C Engineering Manager leads a high-performing protection and control engineering team responsible for scoping, designing, and engineering equipment and protection schemes to expand the electric grid in support of our customers, and to maintain grid safety, reliability, and compliance. You will be the technical authority and people leader who ensures timely, high-quality P&C deliverables across projects. This role combines engineering execution, cross-functional stakeholder partnership, and mentorship to grow the next generation of engineers. You are accountable for the engineering, design, and the support of facilities from 12kV through 765kV.Job Description

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
Work Experience Requirements:
A minimum of ten (10) years of electric utility engineering experience including:
Six (years) experience in design, construction and operation of protection and control systems.
Required License(s)/Certification(s):
Registration as a Professional Engineer in any state of the U. S. preferred.
