PC Support Specialist – Resident Engineer

We are hiring an PC Support Specialist – Resident Engineer for a full-time, onsite role in Islamabad, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, MS Office, and other applications.
• Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Perform network troubleshooting (LAN, IP configuration, DNS, DHCP).
• Ensure devices comply with security and antivirus policies.
• Maintain IT inventory and update support tickets regularly.
• Will be deputed at the client site in Islamabad as an RE (Resident Engineer).
  
  

Technical Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PC hardware (RAM, SSD/HDD, PSU, motherboard, etc.)
• Experience with Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of basic networking (LAN, WAN, IP, VPN)
• Knowledge of MS Office and common business applications
