The PC Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for the company’s IT systems. This includes both on-site and outstation support, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize remote management tools where applicable to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Deliver software support for standard business applications, including operating systems, productivity tools, antivirus software, and other business applications.
  • Handle basic hardware support, including troubleshooting and maintenance of PCs, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
  • Support company branch offices across Bahrain when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting standard business software such as Windows 11 or later, Microsoft Office 365, antivirus solutions, and related applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in both software and basic hardware issues.
  • Ability to provide both on-site and remote technical support.
  • Candidate must have their own transportation to support outstation assignments.

Pay: BD300.000 - BD800.000 per hour

Experience:

  • Windows 11: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft 365: 2 years (Required)
