Position PC Support Technician Hourly: $19.86 Full-Time + Shift Differential – Negotiable Location: Gaming Division Reports to: IT Manager

Responsibilities:
- Provide internal computer-related support and technical assistance to staff.
- Ensure reliability and punctuality in attendance.
- Adhere to the approved departmental uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
- Follow all established rules, regulations, and policies of the Casino and IT Department.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support.
- Install and configure computer hardware, including personal computers, printers, network cards, hard disks, memory, and optical drives.
- Install and configure operating systems and application software, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and departmental-specific software.
- Prepare handout materials, ensuring all documentation is reviewed by a supervisor before distribution.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical problems with user-related applications.
- Assist in maintaining computer-related procedure manuals.
- Maintain an inventory listing of hardware and software.
- Document support activities in accordance with organizational standards.
- Prepare administrative reports on support activities as requested.
- Complete weekly time reporting according to organizational standards.
- Stay updated in the field by reading relevant publications and documents.
- Carry a company cell phone for on-call support as needed.
- Comply with all workplace policies, procedures, and relevant regulations, including but not limited to the Employment Manual, Gaming Ordinance, and Tribal Internal Controls.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may evolve based on organizational needs.
Qualifications & Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in a computer or business program preferred, or equivalent current certifications or work experience in a related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Mohican Nation Gaming License.
- Must pass a Criminal Investigation Background Check (CIB).
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and health screening.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
- Willingness to pursue self-development and adapt to change.
- Attendance record must meet departmental standards.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting application software required.
- Must be eligible for coverage under the employer’s liability insurance.
Work Conditions:
- Ability to frequently walk, sit, stand, and use hands for handling or feeling.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds regularly.
- Specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Work is performed in a casino setting with a higher noise level; evening/weekend shifts may be required.
- Work environment requires excellent personal hygiene and is non-smoking and dust-free.
