PC Technician (Fresher) – We Are Hiring!

We are looking for a skilled and reliable PC Technician to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in computer troubleshooting, repair, and customer support, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware & software issues
• Install, configure, and update operating systems & applications
• Perform laptop/desktop repair, maintenance, and upgrades
• Set up networks, printers, and peripherals
• Backup, restore, and secure customer data
• Provide on-site and in-shop technical support
• Maintain service records and ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware components, and networking basics
• Ability to identify issues quickly and solve them efficiently
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset
