PCA Personal Care Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide home-care services, homemaking, errands, personal cares, meal preparation, protective oversight and more. Part-time 12-20 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, grooming, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, and meal preparation.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Requirements
• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience while providing care to individuals with diverse needs.
• Must be able to pass background checks and comply with health regulations related to patient care.
