Job Summary:

Are you a self-motivated professional with a passion for the senior community and a knack for experience working in the healthcare? We are seeking an experienced, mature, and dependable PCA or CNA in the Savannah area to provide care for an 89‑year‑old client. Responsibilities include assisting with all activities of daily living and ensuring the client’s comfort and safety. The available shift is 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (every other weekend).

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team member
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
• Willingness to travel to clients home
• Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)
• Company offers PCA Test: Passing score of 80 or above to be hired
• Experience in memory care, or senior care is a plus
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
