Job Title : PCB Design & Testing Engineer*

Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled PCB Design & Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in PCB design, handling various testing tools, and working across different design and development platforms. This role involves designing, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting PCB circuits to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

EXPERIENCE : 2-3 YEARS

Key Responsibilities:

Design schematics and PCB layouts using tools like Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, or OrCAD.
Perform PCB simulations and analysis to validate circuit designs.
Handle PCB manufacturing processes, including Gerber file generation and fabrication documentation.
Conduct testing and debugging using tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters , logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
Work with different microcontroller/microprocessor platforms such as STM32, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and Arduino.
Develop and execute PCB testing procedures to ensure quality and performance.
Collaborate with the hardware and firmware teams to ensure seamless integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in prototypes and final products.
Ensure compliance with industry standards like IPC, EMI/EMC, and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium, Eagle, KiCad, OrCAD).
Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design.
Experience with testing and debugging tools (oscilloscope, signal generators, power supplies, etc.).
Hands-on experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, Arduino, etc.).
Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) guidelines.
Familiarity with soldering, rework techniques, and PCB assembly.
Understanding of EMI/EMC considerations and signal integrity principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with RF PCB design (for wireless applications).
Knowledge of hardware communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.).
Familiarity with thermal and power management techniques in PCB design.
