PCC Supervisor (Piping / Chemical Cleaning / Hydro Testing)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled PCC Supervisor to oversee site execution of piping pre-commissioning activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site PCC activities including:
• Chemical cleaning
• Flushing
• Leak testing
• Hydro testing
• Ensure work is executed as per approved procedures and safety standards
• Monitor workforce and daily site activities
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams
• Maintain site reports and progress updates
• Ensure proper use of equipment and materials
• Enforce HSE compliance at all times

Requirements

• Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in PCC or piping works
• Strong hands-on experience in site supervision
• Experience in Oil & Gas projects preferred
• Good leadership and team management skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to QAR 6,000 (Based on experience)
• Salary finalized after interview
• Benefits: FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)

• Working Hours: 10 Hours + 2 Hours OT
• Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
