PCD TELESALES EXECUTIVE / PHARMA TELECALLER

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads and increase sales
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information over the phone
• Follow up on potential leads and maintain customer records
• Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Proven sales in the PCD Pharma industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships with customers
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
• Positive and professional attitude towards work
